the second there is more then the owner of the bpo who has access to the bpo you are at risk of theft. if you do not want it to get stolen then do not let anyone else get any access to the bpo.

how about automatic removal of cans not accessed in 30 days. and all removal of anchored cans in .8+ and make any anchoring of cans in the same grid as a gate impossible.

why dont just remove the corp to alliance war totally but allow alliances to declare on whole alliances and corps on individual corps in alliances or not in alliances. problem solved for now.
